GridSide F1 App Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy describes how Nextstep Developer we handles information in the GridSide F1 App.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data only for authentication and app functionality:

• User ID: A unique identifier generated by Supabase.
• Email Address: Collected via the Google Sign-In provider, used for account recovery and identification.
• Public Profile Data: Name and Profile Picture URL, provided by Google.

2. Data Usage

We use the collected data for the sole purpose of:

• Authenticating your user session via Supabase Auth.
• Displaying your profile name and image within the app.
• We DO NOT use this data for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following third-party services that may access your data to perform their functions:

• Supabase: Backend-as-a-Service (Authentication, Database, Edge Functions).
• Google Sign-In / Google Cloud: Used solely for authentication and providing necessary credentials (SHA-1 verification).

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your information. All data is stored in the Supabase PostgreSQL database and protected by Row Level Security (RLS) and industry-standard encryption.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the effective date.
